What was the highlight of MLL Palma Bay Club Resort

Okay for a short stay. Better food options would have greatly improved it.

Hotel well located. Grounds kept clean and nicely maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was basic, dated but clean. Bed and pillows comfortable and spotless. Room cleaned daily. More up to date bathroom with good shower and hot water.

Some sun beds need replacing- uncomfortable to lay on. No information in room No courtesy room available to use on final day. Only late checkout available at a cost. Meal times could be manic. Long queues for food buffet and alcoholic drinks. Sometimes no where to sit so had to think carefully about timing. Food choice was not great with some strange choices- eg. Brussels sprouts. Some items were the same every day- Vegetable lasagna, spaghetti and sauce, pasta and sauce, paella, pizza. Usually there was one fish option and one meat option. And two potato options, usually chips and mash/fried potatoes. Salad bar could have been more varied. Fortunately, I’m not a fussy eater and managed to find something to eat during my stay. However, I think this could be a struggle for some people. There was also not a great choice of puddings.

It’s a 2.5 maybe a 3 stars hotel. Don’t expect much !

Friendly staff, good breakfast with many options. Shower was good ! Quiet ( the side/ room I got was away from everyone)

Rooms had issues, I had to change room 3 times, one had mould smell, second ac didn’t work. Third has a cigaret smell when the ac was on. Everything seems old.

didn't expect it to be that big. several swimming pools, so you could always have a sun lounger. Good animation, and also good beds. For what I paid, I think it's good.

Everything at the reception took a very long time. check-in took 45 minutes. they kept getting distracted by something and stood talking to each other. That's why there was a very long line. The food was very simple.

Some bad experiences when I arrived but I could stay again.

The location and the staffs are very nice, the man on the reception was very nice with us, the breakfast has well many options. The swimming pools are great too, many options. The Rooms nice clean. Nice price

On the website said have Airport shuttle bus, is one of the reasons I booked this hotel, but in the reality they don’t have. They said i could do earlier check-in but when I arrived they charged for 1 night more. I couldn’t no even check the prices to another hotels for one night extra or our conversation chat about my earlier check in, because they don’t give you the WIFi in the reception until you pay to the room. So be warned about it, if you’re on roaming and have some issue with your internet, you will access the hotel wifi only after you check in. The double bed is 2 single bed together and sometimes in the night the bed go apart, Its a nightmare.

Accommodation is good, location is good.

All inclusive - not really, need to find new name for that. 3 Drinks at lunch serving and 3 drinks at dinner service, I am enjoying drink either before food as aperitive, or after food, but not during the food. this part was like really super annoying. For that reason no thank you , in Mallorca can be found a better places further from Palma area where drinks are less restrickted.

Good hotel for the very reasonable price paid for all inclusive

Clean, good pool areas with plenty of sunbeds, nice staff, food repetitive but good for the very reasonable price of the holiday. Less than 5 minutes walk to beach and bus stops for Palma and airport.

Although everything spotlessly clean the furniture and decor in the room was very dated. Our room was above the reception entrance which was busy even in the early hours of the morning 4/5am, people talking and singing loudly coming back in from Clubs, taxis, motorbikes etc which kept us awake most nights.

Cheap hotel wouldn’t go back unless maintained better and restaurants were all open. Only go HB or FB

Grounds large, pool areas a decent size, plenty of sun loungers. Hotel was very clean.

Room we were initially given had a wardrobe door missing, socket hanging off wall, toilet not bolted to floor and patio door didn’t open. We were offered another room the following day. They closed two of the pools when we were there. The restaurant couldn’t cope with the amount of people and you had to queue outside on a few occasions. AI isn’t worth it, 3 drinks of either wine or beer in a very small glass at lunch and dinner, no choice of beer or wine and glasses were around 125mls. You have to pay for your plastic glass to get soft drinks around the bar or pool areas. 1 euro per plastic cup! Not enough staff on reception so always big queues. No courtesy room on leaving was told to have a shower at the pool!

Fair price but could be better

Plenty of food, the hotel wasn't far from the beach, staff was helpful and nice.

I emailed the property 5 days in advance and there was no reply not even now. The beds were single, very bad idea if you are a couple. The bed linen were not changed even after 5 day, only the towels were changed, the cleaning wasn't amazing, the sink and the tub were not washed. The food was plenty but we had indigestion from it, and mainly the same food every day.

Probably worth its money

Location is good

Food could have been better, rooms could use a fridge and be a bit more clean, stuff could be a bit more friendly. Some rooms (mine included) have a truly awful view. Walls are not sound proof at all. You can hear people giggling while watching youtube videos at night and trying to be quiet.

Good locations , hotel is tired, more food options needed, staff need to be more attentive to their customers

Liked the location not too far from the beach, and after 11pm it’s fairly quiet place to be

The noise with the loud music pumping all day from the pool areas and bar until 11pm which if you want to sleep can be difficult. Also the tv in our room did not work, and the property itself is a bit tired looking inside . Also the food is very bland and not much selection of hot food if you don’t eat fish they only give you one other hot meat option, which is not enough for my liking as I ended up sticking to the same salads each day. Also the breakfast meat like the bacon and sausages were really tough and hard to eat so we gave up on the breakfast early on . Also the staff I felt most of the time just ignored you while standing at the desk they would just wonder off leaving you standing there. We requested for a car to be booked the lady for the following day, which she said she called through and told us to wait for someone to pick us up, which we arrived at the time give. To wait an hour then reception apologies as they had not actually booked it, so not happy with the staff service at all
